Why Plant Protein?

There has been a lot of debate lately whether vegetable protein is better than animal protein. And you know what, it is. It is much healthier, it is better absorbed by the body, it has many more vitamins, minerals, etc.

You can mix it with other fruits when you make a shake and it completely replaces one meal. For example excellent shake after a hard workout: (1 banana, 1 tangerine, 2 ounces, 1 cup of water (250ml), 3 tablespoons of protein, mix for 1 minute and then enjoy.)

Now I’m going to list a few types of vegan protein:

  • First and also my favorite hemp protein:

Proteins are considered complete when they contain all the amino acids in sufficient quantity to meet human needs. Hemp protein contains each of the 21 known amino acids, including 8 essential fatty acids that the adult human body cannot just produce.

In hemp seed, 65% of the total protein is the globular protein “edestin”, which is very similar to globulin in human blood plasma. Edestin is easily digested, easily absorbed and is vital for maintaining the health of the immune system. Edestin also has a unique ability to stimulate antibody production.

Proteins are potential allergens. Allergies are known in soy and dairy products. So far there is no information on hemp seed allergy.

Compared to other protein powders, hemp protein powder has a rich content of polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega 6 and Omega 3 in an ideal ratio of 3: 1.

  • The second one is buckwheat protein

Medicinal properties of buckwheat

It is rich in dietary fiber, contains eight essential amino acids. It is rich in minerals – contains phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and manganese, is rich in flavonoids, lowers blood sugar, is good for diabetics. Buckwheat has been found to reduce high pressure and cholesterol, does not contain gluten, therefore it is suitable for allergic people, maintains the health of the cardiovascular system, reduces the risk of cancer.

  • And the third and last on my list is pumpkin seed protein

Contains 20 amino acids as well as Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. Pumpkin protein is rich in phosphorus, calcium, potassium, manganese, magnesium, and is a sole source of other minerals including zinc, iron and copper, contains provitamin A, vitamins C and B groups – B1, B2, B3, B6 and vitamin K. It is important for maintaining prostate health, easy to digest and easy to absorb. Contains no sugars or artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colors or additives.

More and more athletes are switching to vegan protein. And you decide what is better for your health.

Goat milk as a medicine

Goat milk has been known for centuries as an elixir of health . There are written indications that his healing properties were discovered by the Hippocrates, but only during the 19th century it would have peaked in its popularity. As such, it was used for the treatment of tuberculosis, pneumonia, rheumatism, gout and jaundice also goat milk restores bones, restores liver, osteoporosis, increased cholesterol and blood pressure, and also improves kidney function. It is also recommended for people who suffer from anemia due to iron deficiency, it is especially recommended for children with cow milk allergy due to insufficiently developed intestinal immune system.

Since the goats most commonly eat bark of wood, goat’s milk is rich in silicon, a mineral that positively affects the skin, nails, and the nervous system. It contains a large number of proteins, rich in important amino acids. It also contains less lactose than the cow and therefore is easier to digest. whey, yoghurt and goat milk are the best foods for strengthening the immune system.
